An innovative hybrid building is rising in the skyline of the "city in the forest": DPR Construction's structure is a perfect combination of the strength of steel elements and the light elegance of CLT, ideal for fitting into one of the country's most tree-covered cities.

To improve the acoustic requirements of this 28,000 square metre area, our resilient underscreed foil SILENT FLOOR PUR was applied. It provides a highly efficient acoustic insulation solution thanks to its special polyurethane compound, which absorbs noise transmission through the floor.
